Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all subscriptions and purchases made through Intuify, operated by Live Let Live ("we", "us", "our").

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.

2. After 14 Days

Refunds are not available after the 14-day period. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

3. Subscription Renewals

Refunds do not apply to automatic renewal charges if a cancellation was not submitted before the renewal date. We recommend canceling at least 24 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next period.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@intuify.io with your account email and the reason for your request. Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
